AI startup 11x.ai raises $24 million in a Series A funding round led by Benchmark to accelerate the development of its autonomous digital workers. Originally founded in London, the company now joins a growing trend of AI startups relocating their headquarters to San Francisco. This new funding arrives roughly one year after the company secured a $2 million seed round and coincides with its rapid approach toward $10 million in annual recurring revenue.
The startup builds AI agents designed to automate end-to-end workflows specifically for go-to-market teams in sales, marketing, and revenue operations. Its first product, Alice, acts as an AI sales representative, while its newest release, Jordan, functions as an AI phone representative capable of holding intelligent, real-time conversations that last up to 30 minutes. These digital workers support 25 languages and serve notable clients such as Brex, DataStax, and Otter.
Looking ahead, 11x.ai plans to launch two additional digital workers in the coming months to build a deeply integrated suite of virtual employees. The company envisions a future where autonomous agents operate entirely on autopilot to handle high-skill processes without human intervention. Founder and CEO Hasan Sukkar believes that when AI agents can reliably replace humans in manual processes, it represents a technological shift as significant as the internet or the cloud.
