Adobe Launches Firefly Mobile App With Collaborative Video Moodboards

Adobe brings its Firefly AI image and video generation to iOS and Android devices, while introducing a new collaborative moodboarding feature called Firefly Boards. The update also integrates several new third-party AI models to give creators more aesthetic choices.

Adobe expands its creative AI capabilities by launching the Adobe Firefly app on iOS and Android devices. This mobile release gives creators the freedom to generate and edit images and videos from anywhere, functioning as a standalone tool or syncing seamlessly with Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

Alongside the mobile launch, Adobe introduces Firefly Boards in public beta on the web to transform how creative teams brainstorm and collaborate. This AI-first moodboarding surface now supports video alongside images, allowing creative professionals to iteratively explore and refine concepts across multiple media types in a shared space.

The Firefly app also significantly broadens its generative AI ecosystem by integrating models from Ideogram, Luma AI, Pika, and Runway. These new additions join existing partnerships with OpenAI, Google, and Black Forest Labs, providing creators with an unparalleled variety of aesthetic styles and tools all within a single centralized hub.
