Marshall is among 15 Republican state attorneys general who previously asked OpenAI to preserve records related to the Hugging Face hack. The subpoena adds to growing scrutiny of safety practices at frontier AI labs, following this incident and other episodes uncovered at companies including Anthropic and Meta.
