With the new AI capabilities, Alexa carries on conversations without requiring a wake word for every single command. The assistant responds more quickly, learns user preferences over time, and easily handles follow-up questions without making users repeat their original context.
The upgraded voice assistant also adjusts its tone depending on the topic of conversation and offers its own opinions on various subjects. For example, Alexa now shares personal takes on pop culture, such as debating which movies truly deserved to win an Oscar but missed out on the award.
