Anthropic and Accenture Form Dedicated Business Group to Scale Enterprise AI

Anthropic and Accenture are expanding their partnership to help businesses move AI from testing into full production. The collaboration includes a new dedicated business group and training for 30,000 Accenture professionals on Claude.

Anthropic and Accenture announce a major expansion of their partnership to help enterprises transition from AI pilots to full-scale production. The centerpiece of this expansion is the new Accenture Anthropic Business Group, which establishes Anthropic as a select strategic partner for the consulting firm. This dedicated practice focuses exclusively on deploying Anthropic's Claude models across large organizations.

As part of the agreement, approximately 30,000 Accenture professionals receive training on Claude to create one of the largest ecosystems of Claude practitioners globally. Additionally, Accenture becomes a premier AI partner for coding with Claude Code, a tool that currently holds over half of the AI coding market. Tens of thousands of Accenture developers now have access to this tool to accelerate their software development workflows.

The companies also launch a joint offering to help CIOs measure value and adopt AI across their engineering organizations. Initial industry solutions target regulated sectors like financial services, life sciences, healthcare, and the public sector, where security and governance requirements are particularly strict. This partnership expansion follows significant growth for Anthropic, whose enterprise market share increases from 24% to 40%.
