Anthropic Launches Claude Marketplace With Over 2,000 Plugins and Connectors

Anthropic launches a new Claude Marketplace, bringing AI tools together in one place with more than 2,000 plugins and connectors already available. Major companies including Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, Notion, and Salesforce offer integrations, while businesses can also purchase Claude-powered agents and products from partners such as CrowdStrike, Cursor, Harvey, Legora, Lovable, and Snowflake.

The marketplace goes beyond basic app integrations by including consulting and systems integration partners like Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, and Deloitte for organizations that need help deploying Claude. Anthropic aims to avoid the missteps of OpenAI's unsuccessful apps marketplace by allowing anyone to publish products, making it easier for teams to discover Claude-compatible tools and giving developers direct access to Claude's existing customer base.

Developers can build connectors and plugins using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent Skills, while companies selling Claude-powered software can apply to have their products listed. Anthropic is essentially creating a Google Play Store-style hub for AI features, and the marketplace is now publicly available on Anthropic's website.
