Industry estimates value a one-gigawatt data center at approximately $50 billion, with chips accounting for roughly $35 billion of that total cost.

Unlike competitors who promote massive, speculative projects, Anthropic focuses on steady execution and enterprise market efficiency through a deliberate multi-cloud architecture. The company runs its Claude family of language models across Google's TPUs, Amazon's custom Trainium chips, and Nvidia's GPUs, assigning each platform to specialized workloads like training, inference, and research.
