The iOS 15 update focuses heavily on enhancing communication and productivity by introducing significant upgrades to FaceTime. Users experience spatial audio and portrait mode for more natural video calls, while new features like FaceLinks and SharePlay allow cross-platform collaboration and shared media experiences. Additionally, new focus tools and a redesigned notification system help users manage distractions and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Apple also integrates powerful intelligence features and expands the capabilities of the digital Wallet in iOS 15. The new LiveText feature recognizes and allows users to interact with text within photos across seven different languages. Furthermore, the Wallet app evolves to replace physical keys and identification cards, enabling users to unlock homes and store digital IDs directly on their iPhones.
