Apple Unveils iPhone 11, New Services, and 10.2-Inch iPad

Apple holds its "By innovation only" event at the Steve Jobs Theater, officially unveiling the iPhone 11 and Apple Watch Series 5 after months of widespread speculation. The presentation highlights a major push into new subscription services alongside the anticipated hardware upgrades.
The company confirms that Apple Arcade launches on September 19 at $4.99 per month with a one-month free trial and Family Sharing. Apple TV+ follows on November 1 for the same monthly price, offering a one-week free trial but including a full year of free access for anyone who purchases a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV.
In a surprise hardware announcement, Apple introduces a new entry-level 10.2-inch iPad that succeeds the previous 9.7-inch model. This seventh-generation tablet features support for iPadOS 13, the Smart Connector, and Apple Pencil, and is currently available for preorder starting at $329.
