Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reports that the return rate for Apple Vision Pro drops below one percent. This positive news follows early concerns that a wave of returns occurred as the initial 14-day purchase window closed. Kuo bases this low return figure on his investigation into the device's repair and remanufacturing lines.
Despite the low overall return rate, Kuo reveals that 20 to 30 percent of returned units come from users who simply do not know how to set up the device. Initial return reports spark worries about hidden hardware issues like headaches and eye strain, but the actual return rate remains on par with standard non-Pro iPhone models.
While demand in the US market slows down significantly as casual "try it out" purchases subside, Kuo notes that Apple still ships between 200,000 and 250,000 units so far. This total shipment number exceeds Apple's original expectations for the newly released spatial computer.
