All available experts on the platform hold associate, specialty, or professional AWS certifications.

Customers begin by selecting the type of service they need and then defining their project requirements, including a title, description, and budget. The tool then matches the requestor with a curated set of qualified providers. From there, customers review expert profiles, compare ratings, and evaluate offerings in an online marketplace format.

AWS views this marketplace as especially valuable for small and medium-sized businesses that often lack the in-house expertise to navigate the vast cloud ecosystem. The system removes traditional roadblocks associated with project-based work, allowing customers to quickly find specialized help while giving experts a streamlined way to grow their AWS consulting practices.
