Despite the lack of highly anticipated autonomous snow-clearing vehicles, one standout innovation captures significant attention: a six-legged "robot skiing insect" developed by researchers at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Although observers compare its appearance to a robotic dog similar to those made by Boston Dynamics, the machine uses its six limbs to navigate snowy slopes at impressive speeds, reaching over 36 kilometers per hour on an 18-degree snow track.
