Brain Corp Unveils Autonomous Delivery Robot for Retail and Factory Floors

Brain Corp introduces AutoDelivery, a proof-of-concept delivery robot that tows carts and features an interactive touchscreen for workers. The San Diego startup plans a full commercial launch next year after debuting the technology at the ProMat show.

Brain Corp introduces AutoDelivery, an autonomous delivery robot designed for retail stores and factory floors. Built on the company's BrainOS navigation platform, this proof-of-concept robot enters a competitive market alongside products from Amazon Robotics and Boston Dynamics. The San Diego-based startup leverages its significant Series C funding from SoftBank to expand its robotic capabilities beyond its current cleaning machine partnerships.

The AutoDelivery robot stands out from the competition with its unique ability to tow carts, making it highly practical for retail environments. It also features a touchscreen interface that allows employees to input directions directly, creating a more interactive relationship between humans and machines compared to purely autonomous inventory robots like those from Bossa Nova.

The robot makes its first public appearance at the ProMat show in Chicago before Brain Corp expects a full commercial launch early next year. As the demand for warehouse and retail automation grows rapidly, Brain Corp positions its versatile system to handle a wide range of tasks from inventory stocking to delivery fulfillment across various industries.
