Google Expands Veo 3 AI Video Generator to Over 150 Countries

Google is bringing its Veo 3 video generation model to Gemini users worldwide, though access remains limited to paid subscribers. The tool currently allows users to create short, eight-second video clips using simple text prompts.

Google rolls out its Veo 3 video generation model to Gemini users in more than 159 countries worldwide. The highly anticipated tool allows users to create videos up to eight seconds long simply by typing text prompts. However, this capability is currently exclusive to paying subscribers of Google’s AI Pro plan.

The company imposes strict daily limits on this new feature, capping users at a maximum of three generated videos per day. Google first previewed Veo 3 back in May, generating significant interest in the AI community regarding its realistic output and prompt adherence.

While image-to-video generation is not available just yet, Google executive Josh Woodward confirms that the company is actively working to add this functionality to Gemini in the future. This upcoming feature promises to give creators even more control over their AI-generated video content.
