The company offers a first look at the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which feature the next generation of the Google Tensor chip. Additionally, Google finally reveals the Pixel Watch, its first entirely self-built smartwatch that integrates Wear OS, Fitbit, and Google Assistant into a sleek design made from recycled stainless steel.
The tech giant also introduces the Pixel Buds Pro, a new premium audio option that features Active Noise Cancellation powered by a custom six-core audio chip. These earbuds include a unique two-tone design, multipoint connectivity for seamless device switching, and upcoming spatial audio support. Consumers can choose from four distinct color options and preorders open on July 21.
Rounding out the hardware news is the official launch of the Pixel 6a, a more affordable smartphone that packs the same powerful Google Tensor processor and Titan M2 security chip found in the flagship Pixel 6 models. The Pixel 6a boasts a dual rear camera system and the full Material You software experience, available in Chalk, Charcoal, and Sage colors. Beyond these core devices, Google promises expanded Wear OS integration for partners like Samsung and new wrist-based experiences for popular audio apps.
