Google introduces its tenth generation of smartphones with the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. These new devices run on the all-new Google Tensor G5 chip and the newest Gemini Nano model to deliver the most personalized and proactive Pixel experience yet. The lineup features a refined iconic camera bar, built-in Qi2 wireless charging called Pixelsnap, and support for new magnetic accessories.
The hardware incorporates more recycled materials than any previous Pixel and comes in four expressive color options. Users experience a fresh interface through Material 3 Expressive, which brings fluid springy animations and smooth interactions to the screen. Google promises that the phones stay secure and up to date with seven years of Pixel Drops, operating system updates, and security patches.
Artificial intelligence drives new software features like Magic Cue, which proactively provides helpful information during tasks like displaying flight details during airline calls. The Pixel 10 Pro also includes Pro Res Zoom, an AI-powered tool that captures amazing detail at up to 100x zoom. Customers can preorder the devices today ahead of their official in-store release on August 28.
