By providing scalable access to vetted, regulatory-cleared algorithms from leading providers, the platform ensures that radiologists receive consolidated AI insights directly within their picture archiving and communication systems.
The new offering significantly reduces the burden on IT departments by outsourcing the complex management of diverse AI applications to IBM. Instead of navigating the unique deployment requirements of each individual algorithm, healthcare facilities rely on this single orchestrated hub to handle data security, privacy standards, and interoperability challenges.
In addition to the AI Orchestrator, IBM launches IBM Imaging Workflow Orchestrator with Watson to modernize the overall radiologist reading experience.
