A new spec leak reveals the key differences between the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra 5G models. All three phones feature the Exynos 990 chipset, 120Hz AMOLED displays, IP68 water resistance, and Android 10 with One UI 2. The primary distinctions lie in the physical size and battery capacity of each device, with screen sizes scaling from 6.2 inches on the base model up to 6.9 inches on the Ultra.
The battery capacities increase proportionally with the screen sizes, ranging from 4,000mAh in the standard S20 to a massive 5,000mAh in the S20 Ultra. This larger battery contributes to a significant weight difference, as the Ultra reportedly weighs 57 grams more than the base model. These upgrades position the Ultra as a substantially larger and heavier device compared to the rest of the lineup.
The S20 Ultra 5G also dominates in hardware features, offering 512GB of internal storage compared to the 128GB found in the smaller models. Camera specifications see a massive divide, with the Ultra sporting a 108MP main sensor, a 10x telephoto lens, and a 40MP selfie camera, while the standard and Plus models settle for a 12MP main camera, a 3x telephoto lens, and a 10MP front-facing shooter.
