Leaked specifications for the entire Samsung Galaxy S20 family reveal three distinct models for 2020, including the standard S20, the S20+, and the S20 Ultra. All three phones feature 120Hz "Infinity-O" Dynamic AMOLED displays, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers by AKG, and microSD card support for up to 1TB of extra storage. The devices vary in size, offering 6.2-inch, 6.7-inch, and 6.9-inch screens, while weighing between 164 grams and 221 grams.

The standard S20 and S20+ share a similar camera setup that includes a 12MP main camera, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Both of these models also include a ToF sensor for depth-sensing and augmented reality features. Additionally, the front-facing camera on these two standard models reportedly shoots 4K video.

The S20 Ultra sets itself apart with a significantly upgraded camera system that features a massive 108MP main wide-angle camera and a 48MP telephoto lens capable of 10x optical zoom.
