Livestock Platform AgriWebb Raises $6.8M to Digitize Meat Production

AgriWebb secures $6.8 million in new funding to expand its comprehensive livestock management software. The platform helps global farmers and ranchers boost yields and sustainability by digitizing operations from the pasture to the consumer.

Australian startup AgriWebb raises an additional $6.8 million in funding led by Germin8 Ventures and iSelect Fund to expand its livestock management platform. The company builds a comprehensive database for beef production that helps ranchers digitize their records from the animal to the consumer. This new investment brings the company's total Series B funding to $27 million and its overall raised capital to $29.3 million since its launch in 2014.

The cloud-based software allows users to visualize their operations and provides actionable insights on animal weight gain and optimal grass locations. By leveraging this on-farm data, ranchers improve their sustainable land management practices while increasing their overall profitability. AgriWebb stands out from competitors by combining animal management, grazing insights, team communication, and compliance tracking into a single unified platform rather than offering isolated point solutions.

Currently, more than 16,000 farmers globally use AgriWebb to manage approximately 19 million animals across 136 million acres of grazing land. The startup targets a massive $500 billion global beef market and a $3.5 billion farm management software market in its core regions, which include Australia, the U.S., and the U.K. The platform already manages over 15% of the Australian national herd and maintains strategic partnerships in Brazil and South Africa to drive further international growth.
