While Oschadbank returns to a limited but stable mode, PrivatBank's website displays a vandalized homepage, indicating a potentially more severe intrusion than a simple DDoS flood. Ukrainian authorities confirm the DDoS nature of the strike but acknowledge temporary service interruptions.
