Meta introduces the Meta Quest Pro, a new high-end VR headset designed specifically for collaboration and creation. This device features high-resolution sensors for robust mixed reality experiences, crisp LCD displays, and a completely redesigned sleek form factor. It also includes advanced eye tracking and Natural Facial Expressions to make virtual avatars reflect users' real-life movements more accurately.

The headset runs on the new Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2+ platform, which delivers 50% more power than the Meta Quest 2. It boasts 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and 10 high-resolution sensors positioned both inside and outside the device. Additionally, the optical stack receives a major upgrade by replacing older Fresnel lenses with thin pancake optics for sharper visuals.

Consumers can purchase the Meta Quest Pro starting on October 25 for $1,499.99 USD. This comprehensive package includes the headset, Meta Quest Touch Pro controllers, stylus tips, partial light blockers, and a charging dock. Pre-orders are currently open through the Meta Store, Amazon, and select retail partners across the US, Canada, UK, and France.
