The Copilot system works alongside users directly within familiar Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Additionally, Microsoft unveils Business Chat, a new experience that pulls information from across a user's calendar, emails, chats, and documents to execute complex requests. For example, users can ask Business Chat to summarize how the product strategy changed based on the morning's meetings and emails, and the AI generates a comprehensive status update.
With this AI integration, users retain full control over their work and decide what to keep, modify, or discard.
