The updated Azure automated machine learning tool allows users to create predictive models simply by importing a data set and specifying the target value without writing any code. Meanwhile, the new Azure Machine Learning visual interface enables developers to build, train, and deploy models through an intuitive drag-and-drop experience that builds upon the legacy of Azure ML Studio.
For advanced users who prefer writing their own code, Microsoft also launches hosted Jupyter-style notebooks that provide a pre-configured platform for experimentation. Together, these three services significantly lower the barrier to entry for machine learning while still offering the transparency and control that professional data scientists require.
