Microsoft Rolls Out New SharePoint, Outlook, and Roadmap Features
Microsoft is rolling out several updates to Office 365, including Power Automate approvals for SharePoint hub sites and RSS feeds for individual Roadmap items. Additionally, Sticky Notes will soon sync with Outlook on the web.
Microsoft is introducing several new features and updates across its Office 365 suite. Notably, administrators can now use Power Automate to manage and approve requests to join SharePoint Online hub sites. This rollout begins in early January and completes by the end of the month for all customers.
Users of Sticky Notes will soon see their notes sync directly with Outlook on the web, a feature that starts rolling out to targeted release customers in late January before reaching everyone by the end of March. Furthermore, Microsoft gives users the ability to track the progress of individual features on the Microsoft Roadmap via RSS readers.
On the security front, Outlook for iOS now supports automatic certificate delivery for Secure Multipurpose Internal Mail Extensions (S/MIME) for devices enrolled through Microsoft Intune. Microsoft also updates the rollout timeline for PowerApps custom form integration with SharePoint libraries to conclude by the end of January.
