Nvidia Data Center Revenue Surges 66% as Blackwell Demand Skyrockets

Nvidia reports massive third quarter growth driven by unprecedented demand for its Blackwell architecture and AI agent workloads. The company projects continued momentum with $65 billion in expected fourth quarter revenue.

Nvidia delivers impressive fiscal third quarter results as data center revenue jumps 66% year-over-year to reach $51.21 billion. The tech giant reports a total revenue of $57 billion and a net income of $31.91 billion, easily beating Wall Street expectations. CEO Jensen Huang attributes this massive growth to off-the-charts Blackwell sales and completely sold-out cloud GPUs across a rapidly expanding global AI ecosystem.

The data center unit drives this record-breaking performance through a combination of compute and networking strength. Compute revenue reaches $43.03 billion, while networking revenue surges an astonishing 162% to a record $8.19 billion thanks to the NVLink compute fabric for GB200 and GB300 systems. CFO Collette Kress notes that Blackwell Ultra is now the leading architecture across all customer categories, powered significantly by new AI agent workloads.

Nvidia sets its sights even higher for the upcoming fiscal fourth quarter by projecting $65 billion in revenue with gross margins of about 75%. Industry analysts emphasize that this growth represents real profits and quality revenue rather than a market bubble. The company simultaneously expands its strategic footprint through massive joint ventures, including a $100 billion investment in OpenAI and a $5 billion partnership with Intel.
