NVIDIA Reports Record $130.5 Billion Annual Revenue Driven By Blackwell Demand
NVIDIA announces massive fiscal 2025 growth with $39.3 billion in Q4 revenue, fueled by the successful ramp of its Blackwell AI supercomputers and rising demand for reasoning AI.
NVIDIA reports outstanding financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year of 2025, generating $39.3 billion in quarterly revenue. This figure represents a 78 percent increase from the same period last year and pushes the total annual revenue to an impressive $130.5 billion, which is a 114 percent year-over-year jump. The tech giant also sees significant earnings growth, with GAAP earnings per diluted share reaching $0.89 for the quarter.
Founder and CEO Jensen Huang attributes this explosive growth to the incredible demand for the company's new Blackwell AI supercomputers. He notes that reasoning AI introduces a new scaling law where increased compute directly improves the intelligence of both model training and long-form thinking. NVIDIA successfully ramps up massive-scale production of these Blackwell systems, achieving billions of dollars in sales during the very first quarter of availability.
Looking to the future, Huang highlights that agentic AI and physical AI are setting the stage for the next major wave of technological revolution across the world's largest industries. Alongside these forward-looking developments, NVIDIA continues to reward its shareholders by declaring a next quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share, payable in early April 2025 to all shareholders of record on March 12.
