Nvidia Unveils RTX Spark CPU to Capture $200 Billion AI PC Market

Nvidia kicks off the Computex trade show by unveiling the RTX Spark, a powerful 1-petaflop PC CPU designed specifically to run AI agents locally. The chipmaker partners with major brands like Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and ASUS to release these new AI-powered Windows computers this fall. These devices feature secure sandboxes developed alongside Microsoft to safely run advanced AI tools like OpenClaw and Hermes Agent directly on the hardware.
The new superchip provides enough processing power, graphics capabilities, and memory to run local large language models without relying on the cloud. Over 100 software companies, including Adobe, Blender, and Riot Games, already pledge support for the RTX Spark platform. Nvidia targets this hardware at both gamers seeking enhanced performance and creators who build AI-generated content across more than 1,000 supported games and applications.
