Samsung officially launches its new Galaxy S25 smartphone series with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities built on technology from Oxford Semantic Technologies. Acquired by Samsung in July 2024, Oxford Semantic Technologies formally unveils its RDFox software as the core engine driving the latest mobile AI features at Galaxy UNPACKED 2025.
The RDFox technology powers Samsung's new Personal Data Engine, which creates hyper-personalized user experiences by utilizing knowledge graph technology to integrate and connect data. This sophisticated system understands context and relationships between different pieces of information to deliver highly relevant and tailored results to the smartphone user.
