Samsung reveals its "AI for All" vision at CES 2024, outlining a strategy to make connected device experiences safer, more inclusive, and highly energy-efficient. Vice Chairman and CEO JH Han explains that artificial intelligence operates quietly in the background to make technology more intuitive, while the company partners with key industry players to bring this hyper-connected ecosystem to everyday consumers.
The tech giant showcases how AI transforms Visual Display products and Digital Appliances by integrating advanced neural networks directly into the hardware. For instance, the new Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900D features the NQ8 AI Gen 3 processor, which packs an eight times larger AI neural network and a twice as fast NPU compared to the previous generation to significantly boost overall performance.
This powerful new processor enables the television to automatically upscale low-resolution media to near 8K quality and sharpen fast-moving images using AI Motion Enhancer Pro. Additionally, Active Voice Amplifier Pro analyzes and isolates voice from background noise to deliver a front-row audio experience, ensuring users enjoy a remarkably immersive and seamless home entertainment setup.
