Customers pay £299 to spend an hour undergoing a series of non-invasive tests that generate millions of datapoints about their overall health.
The London expansion follows a successful first year in Stockholm, where Neko scans 2,707 people and identifies serious previously unknown health conditions in 1% of visitors. While the majority of clients receive a clean bill of health, 14.1% of those scanned require further medical treatment for issues discovered during their appointment. Every scan includes an in-person consultation with a doctor to review the AI-generated insights.
The physical clinic features a remarkably understated design that easily blends into its urban surroundings. Visitors access the underground facility through a discreet street-level entrance marked only by the company's minimalist logo. This subtle approach matches the company's name, which is inspired by the Japanese word for cat and symbolizes the concept of giving patients lucky breaks by catching deadly diseases early.
