Across 18 Ukrainian government agencies, more than 1,500 officials actively use the platform to process an immense volume of searches. So far, the country uses the system to identify over 230,000 Russian soldiers and officials involved in the conflict. The scale of this operation highlights how deeply the nation integrates this private American tech company into its wartime strategy.
Beyond tracking invading troops, Ukraine expands the application of this software to handle a variety of critical tasks. Authorities rely on it to catch infiltrators at checkpoints, process displaced citizens who lack identification documents, and prosecute local collaborators. Most notably, the technology helps locate more than 190 abducted Ukrainian children who are transported across the border to live with Russian families.
